We provide all the easels for the small signs. We recommend checking with your venue to see how many large easels they have available for your use. We do have black metal pop-up easels available to rent for $10 each. These can be added to your last invoice payment to ensure you have time to ask your venue what they provide.
Many of our couples ask this question, we do NOT rent out the signs in our package a la carte. The reason is the entire inventory of our Dream Decor Rental Package is reserved for you for your special day. That way you can change your mind about which signs you need and want to use all the way up to two weeks prior to your special day.
We only offer the will call option for our rental packages, IF the same package is not reserved for the day prior to and the day after the wedding or event. We will only agree to will call pick up if you are saving your date and the package is available within 30 days prior to your wedding or event.
Once we have had a complimentary 45 min phone consultation, you will receive an estimate / invoice. After you are happy with the estimate AND make you 50% deposit payment, then your date is officially saved as a FIRM hold on our calendar. Your final payment is not due until 45 days prior to your wedding / event date.
Once we have your date officially saved, you will be put into the queue to have your exclusive and personalized client portal created. Most couple receive access to their portal around the 60 days prior to the special day or event. Your client portal is a planning tool that help us exchange information in one, easy to find location.
